約翰·霍普金斯大學，（The Johns Hopkins University）是一所位於美國馬里蘭州巴爾的摩市的私立大學，以醫學及生物科學聞名於國際。它也是美国第一所仿效德国的大学模式在教学之外注重研究工作的大学，是美国研究型大学的鼻祖。
位于美国首都华盛顿的霍普金斯大学The Paul H. Nitze高等国际研究院（SAIS）享誉世界。在中国，和南京大学合作，设有中美文化研究中心和南大—霍大国际问题研究所。
